Alberta reported 127 new cases of COVID-19 on Monday.

Across the province, there are 4,707 active cases of COVID-19, a decrease of 177 from Sunday.

There are 351 people hospitalized in Alberta, a decrease of nine. Of those, 94 are in intensive care units, a decrease of two.

Two more deaths raised the provincial death toll to 2,248.

Over the last 24 hours, 4,027 tests for COVID-19 were completed, for a positivity rate of 3.1 per cent.

As of end-of-day Sunday, 3,084,119 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in the province, or 68,986 doses per 100,000 people.

Of Albertans aged 12 and older, 66.7 per cent have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, or 56.8 per cent of the total population.

Meanwhile 14.3 per cent of eligible Albertans, or 545,853 people, have been fully immunized with two doses, for 12.2 per cent of the total population.
