A look at today’s Edmonton weather by Environment Canada.
Tuesday morning temperatures at the Edmonton Blatchford station measured -3 C with 16 km/h winds out of the south and a -9 wind chill.
We’re not jumping into the high plus mark this week although Friday looks to have a high of plus nine but most of the week is still low temps.

I would say yes for today and most of the week. Maybe not Friday.
